At Bird Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
